LEADERSHIP SUMMITS: FOR ALL MEMBERS
Learn to take your chapter to the next level and be the best Classy Gentlemen you can be. We'll teach you about chapter operations and programming with an additional focus on personal leadership development, dressing for success, building your personal brand, and how our Fraternity values and ritual are reflected in everything we do. We encourage at least five members from each chapter to attend the summit each year they will be available.
YOUTH SUMMITS: FOR COMMUNITY YOUTH
This is Rhomeo Leadership 101. Spend 2 days networking with emerging leaders and proven professionals to hone your leadership skills and take your chapter from good to great. You'll dig deeper on chapter operations, learn to refine your personal skills, and share ideas and fellowship with Business professional Fraternal Brothers from around the country. We recommend at least 3 members attend from each chapter.

Gain knowledge from proven methods that are successful in fundraising, community engagement, and philanthropic practices. Attending these training can help increase chapter accounts and community involvement.
